Hi my left hand side door wont open on my vw touran 56 plate wont even open from inside the car just clicking can u help i have even double clicked on my key fob but still wont open is it the motor could i get the door open and take the door panel off or not thanks vw touran sport 7 seater tdi 2.0 fob locks / unlocks boot and passenger door. I took my vw touran 2005 reg to have new tyres fitted, when i got it back the remote central locking didn't work, i assumed it needed a new battery because everything else worked fine, and it seemed a fairly obvious reason although having done that fairly quickly and tried it again, it still doesn't work..
He thinks it might be a problem related to the control unit (corrosion) as he had this problem with an audi before. any ideas what the problems might be? boot lock malfunction. i have a 2004 vw touran tdi sport. recently, the boot lock has starting acting strangely. should my volkswagen touran's door and boot locks be malfunctioning at. Vw central locking - rudedog : this a known problem with vw's. i have a 1998 golf 4 and the same thing has started happening to me. when i activate the internal door locks all close and then the rear passenger door bounces back up, only after several times does the door lock..
